Committed Housing Professionals

Tangram Group LLC was formed in 2021 by Louis A. Harrison. Previously, Mr. Harrison and two Tangram partners, Grant Sisler, Operations, and Tony Verdon, CFO, grew from passive minority investments in rural affordable communities to orchestrating the rehabilitation of thousands of affordable homes in New York City towers with most things in between in over 30 states. Their collective stewardship grew them from friends and family funding to a series of institutional funds, pioneering the investment of over $1B in traditional equity into preserving and owning more than 30,000 affordable apartment homes.

Partner Christopher Collins, early in his career, restructured and ran one of the largest syndicators of housing tax credits. Mr. Collins also founded a Low Income Tax Credit developer with Tangram partner Margaret Wagner where they created and rehabilitated affordable properties across the country.

Tangram’s corporate affiliate, Intricate Bay, is led by Joseph Geraci. Previously, Mr. Geraci co founded the largest lender in the affordable housing industry.

The Tangram Group brings together affordable domain experts, each with unique and complementary skill sets, all dedicated to solving macro industry concerns.
